What is the turnaround time for receiving my completed inquiry (regular or specialized service)?

On average, our turnaround time ranges from 24 to 72 hours (1 - 3 days). We strive to provide efficient and timely service without compromising the quality of our work. Therefore, we make it a priority to work diligently to complete and deliver the booked services within the agreed-upon timeframe.
It's important to note that certain factors, such as the complexity of the resume, additional services requested, and the volume of orders in queue, may influence the specific turnaround time for each project. However, rest assured that we are committed to maintaining a reasonable and expedient timeline while ensuring that your inquiry receives the attention and customization it deserves.
Do you offer any guarantees or revisions if I am not satisfied with the final product?
Our team offers custom services that cater to the unique needs of each client. We understand that satisfaction is of utmost importance, which is why we have incorporated revision sessions into our services. The number of revision sessions varies depending on the selected services and packages. This ensures that every client has the opportunity to provide feedback until they are fully satisfied with the final documents. We believe in delivering high-quality results that meet and exceed our clients' expectations, and our commitment to customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. In the case clients wish to add extra revisions outside of what is already scheduled, additional charges (CAD $35/revision) will be added to the final invoice.

Retention Period: Your submitted information will be retained for the duration of our service engagement. After the service is completed, we will securely archive your information as an immediate procedure.
